M3U Editor

A feature-rich IPTV playlist editor for managing, organising, and customising M3U playlists.

Overview

The M3U Editor is a desktop application designed for managing IPTV playlists in the M3U and M3U8 formats. It provides a visual interface for importing, editing, organising, and exporting channel lists — replacing manual text editing with a structured workflow.

Key Features

Playlist Management

Import and export M3U/M3U8 playlists. Add, remove, reorder, and edit channels with a drag-and-drop interface. Batch operations for bulk edits across hundreds of entries.

Group Organisation

Organise channels into custom groups and categories. Rename, merge, and split groups. Filter and search across the entire playlist by name, group, or URL.

EPG Integration

Link electronic programme guide (EPG) sources to channels for programme metadata. Map channel IDs to EPG entries and preview guide data directly within the editor.

Stream Validation

Validate stream URLs to detect broken or offline channels. Bulk validation with status reporting helps maintain clean, working playlists.
